Returns & Exchange policy

If the item received is damaged, you may wish to return the damaged item back to thaibarang (clients have to incur postage) for a one to one exchange. If the item is out of stock, then you may wish to exchange it for an item of the same price or that of a higher one (additional cash top-up is required for items priced higher than the original artifact).
